Creative and Healthy Programs for Deception Bay 0- 12 year olds

The Healthy Living Club is managed by The Lighthouse Assemby of God and aims to reward families who participate in healthy and creative programs with a Healthy Living Club Membership card.

This card will offer discounts to families to other health promoting activities and products available in the Deception Bay Area.

To qualify for a Healthy Living Club Membership Card families must be enrolled in one of the Healthy Living Club programs for a minimum of 4 weeks at a time.

The Healthy Living Club Activities will be offering the following programs during 2010.

• Drumming Troupe Program 5 - 12 years

• So You Think You Can Grow a Garden - Community Garden - families

• Healthy 'Cooking for Kids' Food Preparation - Parents

• Walking Groups - families

• Kindy Art & Mural Making Program 2 - 5 years

• Kindy Bookmaking Program 2 - 5 years

• Multi-sports programs 5 - 12 years
