Description:

The Healthy Living Club 5-8 years program is a multisports program that is parent inclusive allowing parents to exercise with their children or to be involved in part of the program with their children.
Parents can get fit and learn about fitness with their children.
The Boot camp for kids is held on once per week on a Tuesday at the Lighthouse Centre in Deception Bay and is a Healthy Living Club community program supported by Kidfit.

3.30 - 4.30 5-8 years
4.30 - 5.30 9- 12 years
This program is funded by the Communities for Children initiative in Deception Bay and allows parents/ cares to attend their first 2 visits for FREE
The sessions are parent inclusive and are aimed at encouraging parents/ carers paint/ draw and dance with their child. FITERACY coach: Julie
