Bootkidz for 2– 5 year olds
The Bootkidz Team is for children and parents who are ready to try learning new creative activities as a family..
Parent participation is a must and activities include introductions to physical activity and books associated with dancing., music and other creative activities that promote teamwork.
Step Dance Teams, Jembe Rhythms, Story writing and Painting Portraits.
To assist with literacy development children will be able to earn their “ Word Detective Badge” and “ Story Builders” building certificate
Parents cardio and strength exercise = 30 mins
Bootkidz classes are currently running in Deception Bay, Redcliffe and various areas on the Sunshine Coast
Bootkidz Kindy Dance for 2– 5 year olds
The KINDY DANCE TEAMS session has been designed parents and children who would like to learn basic dance moves together
The KINDY DANCE TEAMS is a session that promotes Team Work and creative dance for toddlers.
KINDY DANCE TEAMS uses FITERACY to encourage the development of Dancing Journals and Dance Murals
· Introduction to dance steps for children
· Basic dance steps for parents
· Baby Disco
· Team work for parents and babies
$66 per 6 week block
Bootkidz Kindy Dance classes are currently running in Deception Bay, Redcliffe and various areas on the Sunshine Coast
The following are funded by the Communities for Childrens Initiative in Deception Bay. These programs are part of the Healthy Actvities Project Deception Bay
These programs are delivered by a variety of coaches and organisations and use the Kidfit FITERACY™ Coaching Method to link learning to literacy development and maintain LOW ANXIETY learning environments
Healthy Living Club Programs Deception Bay
Kindy Bookmaking for 2– 5 year olds
The Kindy Book Making for Toddlers is held on once per month at the Lighthouse Centre in Deception Bay and is a Healthy Living Club community program supported by Kidfit.
The Kindy Bookmaking program is funded by the Communities for Children initiative in Deception Bay and allows parents/ cares to attend their first 2 visits for FREE
The sessions are parent inclusive and are aimed at encouraging parents/ carers draw, write, scribble and paste to make a book with their child.
Parents are encouraged to complete small recycled books that mean something to their family or children.
Eg My Family, My trip to the beach

Parents are encouraged to contribute to the Kindy Mural that has been designed to become a story about dancing.
