  • Why are Kidfit Exercise Physiology Services Important?

    • In order to develop programs for parents that can be incorporated into daily living, it is necessary to be aware of the barriers that can prevent parents from accessing some health services
    • Often it is difficult for parents to attend health services with their children. At Kidfit we provide programs that incorporate your child into your program so as your child is learning from your own physical activity program whilst parents are able to obtain the required amount of physical activity for themselves.
    • We also provide home visit services for parents who may not have transport and assist parents with accessing their local recreation services and programs that may be within walking distance.
