Kidfit Exercise Physiology Services specialise in assisting parents and children learn how to include physical activity and health concepts into every day activities.

Kidfit programs start with programs for new born babies and their parents right through to grandparents who would like to exercise with their grandchildren and children.

We believe that by providing programs for the entire family, families are more likely to support each other to lead physically active lives.

Kidfit Exercise Physiology Services are unique in that all programs encourage the inclusion of literacy development activities through our FITERACY programs. FITERACY is included in all Kidfit programs so as children are able to read, draw and talk about health  and health concepts confidently as they grow up.  Read more about FITERACY 

Our FITERACY programs start from the day a baby is born with our Baby FITERACY course and Baby FITERACY Teams and Family FITERACY teams that are run in most areas that Kidfit Exercise Physiology Services are run.  Read more about FITERACY Team Programs 

By offering a weekly team to train with Kidfit clients are able to practice their exercise program in a safe and creative exercise team environment.Kidfit FITERACY teams use exercise, music and drawing/ writing to learn how to attach to exercise and health from the earliest possible age. Group Fitness FITERACY Programs
Cost = $88 per 8 week block

Bulk Billed - Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Patients:

Parents of children and some children (children with diabetes, asthma, depression, obesity)  are able to access treatment through the EPC System under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Allied Health (Individual) Medicare Item.

All Exercise Physiology services under the enhanced primary care plan (EPC) are bulk billed provided the patient is eligible for the Chronic Disease Management Item.

Patients are considered eligible for the Chronic Disease Management Items if their GP has completed the following items in the previous 2 years:

·         a GP Management Plan (Item 721 or review item 725 or 732) and

·         Team Care Arrangement (Item 723 or review item 727 or 732)
