Having a baby is one of the most difficult changes your body goes through. All joints in your body undergo and increase in load and a slow a progressive change in posture can result in exercise both pre and post baby feeling harder than it was prior to pregnancy. Kidfit Pre and Post Natal programs take new Mums and Dads through the postural and physiological changes a womans body undergoes during the pregnancy and the alterations that are required to keep your exercise program safe during and after your pregnancy.

The unique factor of Kidfit Baby and Parent Programs is the inclusion of the FITERACY program.Baby FITERACY Programs introduce parents to methods for using exercise and activity as an " early language and literacy"  development program.
