Bulk Billed - Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Patients:
Parents of children and some children (diabetes, asthma, depression, obesity,disability) are able to access treatment through the EPC System under a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Allied Health (Individual) Medicare Item.
All Exercise Physiology services under the enhanced primary care plan (EPC) are bulk billed provided the patient is eligible for the Chronic Disease Management Item.
Patients are considered eligible for the Chronic Disease Management Items if their GP has completed the following items in the previous 2 years:
· a GP Management Plan (Item 721 or review item 725 or 732) and
· Team Care Arrangement (Item 723 or review item 727 or 732)
