We Understand

‘We understand the need to involve parents and children in programs that increase physical activity and improve mental health’

The Bootkidz program requires that all parents and carers participating in the program be committed to being an active role model in the classes. All adults must sign a Committment to Being an Active Role Model and a Terms and Conditions form prior to starting their classes.

Kidfit recently won the 2008 Fitness Qld Community Service Award for providing Free Bootkidz Super Clinics in areas, allowing all parents and children access to the information that assists babies and children to grow up in a family culture of health and activity.
