Media History

The Kidfit movement started over 15 years ago in 1995 with the aim to allow all children to have access to programs that not only resulted in an increase in general fitness and spontaneous activity but also to allow children to experience postive connections with other children and adult mentors.

The following media stories are a result of such programs as the Kidfit Gym, The Walk to School Program and the recently released Bootkidz Program, which involves parents and adults demonstrating postive behaviours in front of children.
